What bandana sizes do you carry?

We offer sizes XS - XL! If you would like a custom size, please reach out to us via email benningtonboutique@gmail.com or message us on Facebook or Instagram (both @benningtonboutique) and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you offer exchanges or returns?

At this time, we do not accept any exchanges or returns.

We have a specific size guide that you can use to choose the right size for your pet. If your pet is at the higher end of one size, we recommend sizing up!

However, if there is a problem with your order, please reach out to us either by email at Benningtonboutique@gmail.com or through our Contact page.

How should I wash my products?

Since all of our items are hand made/sewn, we recommend hand washing them in cold water with mild detergent and laying flat/hanging to dry. Iron on medium heat if needed.

What is your processing time?

Currently our processing time for all dog items/accessories is 1-3 business days & shirts/sweatshirts take 2-5 business days from the time of your order, until it is prepared and ready to ship to you. We will always get orders completed and shipped as quickly as possible! However, we are a small business, run by myself alone. Each item I create is made to order specifically for you and your pet, so please keep this in mind.

What is your shipping cost/time frame?

Our shipping is a flat rate $3.60usd. We ship through USPS ground (2-5 business days) and only ship within the US at this time - we hope to expand our shipping in the future.

Please make sure that you provide your correct shipping address at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for lost/stolen or delayed packages during the shipping process.

Do you sell your items in-store?

At this time, I am an online only boutique. However, local delivery/pick-up is available in the Mechanicsville, MD area.

What size does Benny wear?

Benny is our pup and he wears a large (tied and snapped)! He is a standard f1b Goldendoodle. He weighs about 75 pounds.
